I need advice on dating someone with herpes.
I am really starting to fall for this guy. He is everything I want in a man, and we always have a great time together. He just told me that he has herpes. My reaction was to thank him for being so honest and tell him that what he did was really admirable. Now Im not sure what to do. I found out I had the virus after meeting the man of my dreams. I was absolutely shattered. My whole world collapsed around me and I thought it was the end. I knew in my heart that this guy was 'The One', despite only having dated for three months. I sat him down, cried my heart out, and told him I had the virus. I am in the same boat. I was just told by my boy friend he has Herpies. I can't talk to any one about this it would kill him. I don't want my family to know or friends, his dosen't know either. I really love this guy. We dated a lot when we were young and just found each other again at 50 years old. I don't want to loose him over something like this it is not his fault.
